Yes – you can pick up your order directly from us by appointment.

🎈 Helium Bouquets: Our helium-filled balloons typically last 3 to 7 days, depending on room temperature and humidity—sometimes longer. For events, we recommend scheduling delivery no more than 1 day in advance. 💐 Air-filled bouquets (without helium): These last significantly longer—often 7 to 14 days, sometimes even several weeks. To extend their shelf life, keep them at room temperature and avoid direct sunlight.

Yes, we use high-quality helium for our floating balloons – safely, cleanly and professionally filled.

Balloons are sensitive to heat, cold, and humidity. For outdoor events, we recommend a protected area. We'd be happy to advise you individually.

Yes – within 24 hours of placing your order. After that, we start production and cannot accept any changes or cancellations.
